Analyse contractor's maintenance service reports
Inspect and control equipment to determine the level of safety being provided by the maintenance contractor and assess this against standard industry practice.
Carry out an analysis of the current safety performance comparing it with the current expected safety performance criteria.
Identify any areas of concern with respect to the operating safety.
Identify areas of risk exposure, which could result in liability claims against the owner.
Identify any non-compliance issues with the current Workplace Health & Safety Act (QLD) 1995.
Production of Safety procedures
Accident investigation, record of injuries, illnesses and occurrences
Assess Workplace Health and Safety Meetings for areas of non-compliance.
